Description

The internship is in the digital transformation department at the company's Blagnac site.

The team designs and runs the digital services for a Big Data and AI platform that more than 50,000 employees, partners and customers use daily worldwide.

The internship lasts 6 months and should start between January and March 2027, though these dates can be adjusted.

You will act as an internal marketing product manager, linking data and AI experts with business units such as engineering, manufacturing plants and customer service.

A tutor will guide you through the internship and help you reach your professional goals.

Responsibilities

  • Study user needs through surveys, interviews and studies with the platform's 50,000+ users, then run workshops and discovery sessions that help teams adopt new tools and practices.
  • Write online material (such as Google Sites pages and slide decks) and offline material (one-pagers, flyers, elevator pitches) plus value arguments for digital product managers and business directors.
  • Plan and run internal communication campaigns, including newsletters, demo videos, articles and internal events, to make the team the go-to digital partner.
  • Support each service's communication needs (UX/UI design, training, IT monitoring, cloud cost optimisation, data modelling), including ready-to-use storytelling for shared services.

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bac+5 / Master 2 programme in digital marketing, digital strategy, corporate communication, service design or an equivalent field.
  • Ideally, you have a grounding in digital marketing, service offer design and corporate storytelling, plus multichannel communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ideally, you are keen on digital technology, AI, Big Data and collaborative data platforms such as Palantir Foundry.
  • Ideally, you are comfortable with Google Workspace (including Gemini), Adobe Suite, Figma or equivalent tools for content and presentations.
  • Ideally, you have strong interpersonal and active listening skills, analytical and synthesis skills, and storytelling ability.
  • Ideally, you are creative and proactive, can make technical subjects engaging, enjoy running workshops and like working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • English must be advanced to fluent, at C1 minimum, for meetings and written deliverables.
  • French must be intermediate to fluent.

Conditions

This is a 6-month internship based in Blagnac, starting between January and March 2027, with flexible dates.

Your CV is first reviewed by a recruiter; if you fit the key requirements, you complete a short video interview, and if that goes well, the manager interviews you.

The company never asks for payment during recruitment, and it welcomes applications regardless of background, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation or religion.

Benefits

  • Flexible working arrangements are offered wherever possible to encourage fresh thinking.
