You will work closely with HCP and B2B marketing, media, e-commerce and performance marketing, the cross-functional DACH team and regional stakeholders to keep the brand consistent across consumer and healthcare professional touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and coach a high-performing brand and portfolio marketing team, building clear ownership, strong collaboration and a results focus.
  • Align with sales, key account management, medical, market access, regulatory, finance, regional marketing and international stakeholders on strategy and innovation projects.
  • Own overall marketing performance, including consolidated KPIs, campaign effectiveness, ROI, learnings and test-and-learn cycles.
  • Manage external agency partners and make sure work complies with industry regulations and internal standards.

Requirements

  • A university degree in business administration, healthcare management, marketing, communications or a comparable field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in brand, product, or portfolio management or marketing, within consumer health, medical technology or another regulated healthcare setting.
  • At least 5 years of direct people management, ideally leading a multidisciplinary team, with a solid record of developing and coaching people.
  • Proven experience developing and running brand and portfolio strategies, customer journeys and omnichannel marketing in a cross-functional setting.
  • A strong commercial and analytical mindset, with experience using primary and secondary market research to find customer, market and competitor insights and turn them into clear priorities and measurable actions.
  • Experience with marketing planning, budget management, performance measurement and agency management.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, and a proactive, collaborative, solution-oriented and customer-focused way of working.
  • The ability to influence and build networks with local, regional and international stakeholders.
