Description

The role sets up and runs the processes, systems, standards and governance needed to roll out the TEF3 maintenance and TPM strategy.

You are a main partner to the TEF3 Leader, pushing structured improvement, electrical safety coordination (Lo-ES) and alignment across functions so maintenance stays consistent and keeps improving at both plants.

The company is growing quickly and building its maintenance team.

Responsibilities

  • Turn the TEF3 maintenance strategy into a TPM roadmap with priorities and implementation plans for Lct101 and Lct102.
  • Coordinate TPM pillars, maturity assessments, gap-closure plans and cross-functional improvement work with Maintenance and Production.
  • Track TPM rollout, make sure actions are carried out and kept in place, and escalate when needed.
  • Map, design and keep improving maintenance processes, workflows, roles and interfaces.
  • Set functional requirements and governance for maintenance systems such as SAP PM, MAE, MAZE, dashboards and related digital tools.
  • Find process and system gaps and work with Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, TEF2 and other support functions on fixes.
  • Build and maintain standard maintenance processes, routines, procedures and governance across both plants.
  • Set up compliance checks, process audits and management routines, and act on audit findings, deviations and lessons learned.
  • Act as plant coordinator for Lo-ES standards, covering rollout, assessments and corrective actions across relevant functions.
  • Make sure electrical safety standards are met, documented, supported by qualifications and sustained.
  • Define maintenance KPIs, reporting logic and data needs to support data-based decisions.
  • Keep maintenance performance data transparent and accurate, working with TEF2 and system stakeholders.
  • Spot performance and process trends that need structured work and follow up with the responsible TEF3 functions.
  • Define competence and qualification requirements for TPM, maintenance processes and technical standards.
  • Identify systemic competence gaps and arrange development with Maintenance Leadership, SMEs and Production.
  • Put technical standards, lessons learned and best practice into qualification and knowledge-transfer structures.
  • Help the TEF3 Leader structure, coordinate and track maintenance excellence initiatives across both plants.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement projects covering processes, systems, standards, governance and organisational interfaces.
  • Report progress openly, flag implementation barriers, and coordinate escalation and corrective action.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of TPM principles and deployment, plus advanced maintenance process and system design.
  • Experience with maintenance standards, governance and continuous improvement.
  • SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) skills.
  • Analysing maintenance KPIs and using data to drive improvement.
  • Lean manufacturing and Lo-ES principles.
  • Coordinating cross-functional projects and programs.
  • Process mapping and standardisation.
  • Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other data analysis tools.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Five years of experience can be substituted for the degree.
  • A certification or training in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Maintenance Management, SAP PM, or equivalent maintenance systems and continuous improvement.

Conditions

The role covers both plants, Lct101 and Lct102.

Candidate information is handled confidentially under EEO guidelines.

Benefits

  • The company states it offers excellent benefits.
  • The company prefers to train and promote from within where possible.
