  • Show you can recruit at national, international and multi-location levels.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with care.
  • Show initiative and sound judgment.
  • Learn systems, processes and procedures quickly.
  • Focus on clients and continuous improvement, network proactively, control recruiting costs, keep finding new sourcing options and devise creative ways to deliver candidates.
  • Work independently and operate at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced environment, staying highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
  • Use personal computers, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and email confidently.
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree. A degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or a equivalent field is preferred.
  • Have at least 8 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years recruiting executives or senior leaders.
  • Have a strong network and solid knowledge of leading search practices.
  • Have expert knowledge of all full lifecycle recruiting areas, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management and due diligence.
  • An equivalent mix of education, training or experience may be accepted instead.
