Description

The company is a luxury group whose Houses make jewelry, watches and high-end accessories.

Each House keeps its own tradition and identity, and the company creates new products that match those values through ongoing design work.

You will work in an international setting with an innovative, entrepreneurial and collaborative culture, where sustainability is part of how the company operates.

The internship starts in February 2027 and lasts 6 months.

The team is in Talent Acquisition, where you will help find people for the business.

The interview process has three steps: an exploratory chat with the current TA Europe intern about your motivation and the role, a conversation with your future supervisor about the internship and your fit, and a final interview with the TA Europe Team Lead before the decision.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the full talent acquisition cycle by working alongside the TA community.
  • Work with the wider TA community, TA partners and the business to build strong pipelines of future talent.
  • Receive full training on procedures, tools and working practices.
  • Learn headhunting techniques and how to manage candidate relationships, grow talent networks and represent the company well.
  • Apply a diversity and inclusion lens to all talent work, so good candidates are found whatever their background, industry or other factors that might add bias.
  • Support TA experts in building talent pools, meeting future business needs and anticipating upcoming roles.
  • Help with university and school initiatives when needed.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, German and/or Italian.
  • Curious: you dig to find the right profiles and learn quickly about industries, markets and technology.
  • Organised: you handle several activities at once and use resources and data well.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and recruitment systems such as Workday, and keen to learn new technologies.
  • Empathetic and an active listener, confident spotting and engaging talent.
  • Persistent and target-focused, able to win over passive candidates even after setbacks.
  • Creative thinker who keeps learning new search skills.

Conditions

You must be enrolled in a university program for the whole internship.

Based in Amsterdam, with work covering the European region.

The office is in a historic building in central Amsterdam, on the Herengracht.

Candidates are assessed on their core potential and what sets them apart, not on their background or CV.

Benefits

  • Paid internship.
  • Commuting allowance reimbursed.
  • Room to be empowered, to aim high and turn ideas into action, and to make mistakes and learn from them.
