The talent team is hiring for go-to-market and operations roles across Europe and wants people who get results, work well with others and enjoy a team setting.

This is an initial 7-month contract, with a possible extension.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting process for a range of G&A, sales and operations roles across Europe.
• Find passive candidates and measure source performance so spending goes to the channels that return the most.
• Help with recruiting projects and process changes that can scale.
• Work with local business leaders and the small recruiting team to grow hiring in the region.
• Team up with recruiters and hiring leaders to attract, assess and hire top people.
• Keep stakeholders regularly updated on pipelines, funnel metrics and performance data.
• Build candidate relationships and handle offers, extensions and negotiations.
• Work with European stakeholders on employer brand activity in the region.
• Adapt readily to a changing environment with a flexible, can-do attitude.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with in-house experience essential.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting for sales, engineering and corporate roles.
• Logistics or supply chain hiring experience is a plus.
• Engineering recruiting experience is a plus.
• Skill in and interest in improving processes.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or another recruiting CRM, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong relationship skills with candidates, interviewers and hiring leaders.
• A drive to see processes through to the end and deliver top talent.
• Influence, a solutions focus and a results orientation in a fast-paced setting.
• Humility and willingness to take on any task, big or small.
• A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
• Ability to thrive in close, team-based collaboration.
• Experience recruiting in several European countries is a plus.

Conditions

Initial 7-month contract, with a possible extension.
