Description

The company is a global medical technology and digital solutions business. You will also work with technology teams to build scalable ERP and digital capabilities. Current priorities are Support Digital Core, Big Rock Software Subscription, Hybrid Countries Orders, and Digital Inventory. Backgrounds in supply chain, manufacturing operations, NPI, industrial engineering, or operations excellence are strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional programs spanning supply chain, manufacturing, commercial operations, product, and digital fulfillment, from definition through stabilization. Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, governance, decisions, and implementation.
  • Design the end-to-end value stream and operating model, from NPI and design transfer through demand and supply planning, manufacturing readiness, order management, fulfillment, installation, billing, service, and lifecycle support.
  • Define the supply chain model for software, digital, and hybrid offerings, linking physical flows with digital entitlements, licenses, subscriptions, inventory, master data, and customer delivery needs.
  • Lead NPI and design-transfer readiness for software and subscription offerings. Make sure requirements are clear, controls are in place, manufacturing and fulfillment are ready, quality and regulatory alignment is met, documentation and training are complete, and operations can take over sustainably.
  • Drive Support Digital Core initiatives that strengthen the processes, data, systems, controls, and ownership model needed to support digital and software offerings at scale.
  • Lead the Big Rock Software Subscription program, coordinating supply chain, commercial, finance, product, fulfillment, service, and regional readiness to enable and grow subscription offerings.
  • Drive Hybrid Countries Orders initiatives by defining scalable processes for markets that need coordinated execution across software, digital, service, and physical products.
  • Lead Digital Inventory transformation, improving visibility, governance, accuracy, and lifecycle management of digital inventory, entitlements, assets, and related operational data.
  • Define current-state, interim-state, and future-state processes, decision rights, roles, responsibilities, controls, handoffs, training, and adoption plans across global value streams.
  • Set up program governance, integrated roadmaps, and performance measures, including forecast and plan accuracy, lead time, on-time delivery, backlog, inventory and entitlement accuracy, cycle time, quality, rework, and revenue or cash readiness.
  • Find root causes and process gaps. Lead Lean and continuous-improvement work that improves customer experience, consistency, quality, scalability, and operating cost.
  • Work with commercial, product, engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, regulatory, service, finance, IT, and regional teams to turn business needs into workable processes and lasting capabilities.
  • Influence senior stakeholders across a global matrix, clear cross-functional blockers, drive timely decisions, and report risks, issues, dependencies, and outcomes to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, business, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in program management, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or business process transformation.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from process definition through implementation and stabilization in a global or matrixed organization.
  • A record of improving end-to-end operational processes such as NPI or design transfer, planning, manufacturing readiness, order management, fulfillment, installation, billing, service, or lifecycle support.
  • Ability to set up program governance, manage roadmaps, risks, and dependencies, drive decisions, and measure results with operational performance indicators.
  • Experience turning business needs into clear process requirements and working with technology teams to deliver solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder influence, communication, and problem-solving skills, including speaking with senior leaders and clearing cross-functional blockers.
  • Preferred: experience with software, digital, subscription, SaaS/XaaS, or hybrid offerings that combine physical products with digital fulfillment.
  • Preferred: experience in healthcare, medical technology, or another regulated industry.
  • Preferred: familiarity with ERP or subscription-management processes and systems, such as Oracle Fusion or SAP.
