The role handles end-to-end hiring for the company's corporate positions, from professional and specialist roles to leadership, including technology jobs. You will work closely with hiring managers, business leaders, HR partners and candidates.
The company started in 1960 as one store in Ypsilanti, MI, and is now a technology-led brand. It is consistently among the top 5 companies for online transactions, and 65% of its U.S. sales come through digital channels. In its stores, 90% of owners began as delivery drivers or pizza makers.
Responsibilities
Run the full hiring cycle for corporate professional, specialist and leadership roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offers, closing, building candidate pipelines and handing off to onboarding.
Hold detailed intake sessions with hiring managers on the success profile, must-have skills, interview plan, timeline, pay and approvals. Work with HR and talent partners to review internal candidates and build internal slates before recruiting outside.
Design sourcing approaches for hard-to-fill roles, including technology positions. Build talent networks through LinkedIn, professional associations and universities.
Run consistent, structured selection using calibrated interview guides, scorecards and debriefs. Present slates with a clear recommendation, and coach hiring managers on interviewing, bias-aware decisions, processes and tools.
Set offer strategy with hiring managers and Compensation, then negotiate and close offers. Keep offer and relocation costs within guidelines.
Maintain applicant tracking and candidate data for your roles. Give candidates timely feedback, keep requisition and disposition records complete and current, follow TA standards and playbooks, and make sure hiring meets company policy and federal, state and local employment laws.
Advise business leaders and HR partners using market data on talent availability, pay and role design. Set realistic timelines, check in with new hires and build strong working relationships with your business partners.
Use automation for scheduling, sourcing research and reporting, while keeping human judgment for slates, selection and offers. Track and analyze recruiting metrics, act on the results, and help with projects on employee value proposition, HR technology, automation and AI.
