Solutions Implementation Consultant

You will be a core member of the EMEA Solutions Implementation team in the Servigistics Business Unit. The team helps customers adopt best practices in Service Parts Management and designs solutions for successful rollouts. The work focuses on Service Supply Chain, keeping aftermarket service levels high while managing inventory spend. You will work with a skilled, multicultural, results-driven consulting group serving customers in many industries and regions.

As an Application Architect and Solution Consultant on Servigistics projects, you will work mainly with Service Parts Management, with possible exposure to Service Parts Pricing. You will lead customer workshops to gather requirements, spot improvement areas and define Servigistics-based solutions. You will help customers adopt Service Supply Chain practices that improve service levels, parts availability and inventory optimization. You will design solutions for complex Service Supply Chain and Service Parts Planning scenarios, turn business needs into functional and technical designs, and spot chances for further process consulting. You will also support and mentor colleagues in Service Supply Chain and Servigistics.

Responsibilities

• Show customers what Servigistics can do and propose designs that tackle their main business problems.
• Run requirements sessions, solution design and customer workshops.
• Explain technical and business information clearly to customer stakeholders.
• Configure and help implement Service Parts Planning solutions.
• Train customers on Servigistics features, processes and best practices.
• Work with project managers, technical consultants, architects and customer teams across the whole implementation.
• Help grow the skills of other consultants in the Service Supply Chain area.
• Assist with project management tasks when needed.
• Travel to customer sites for workshops, implementation work and other project needs, about 10% of the time.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business management, supply chain or a related field.
• Prior work in supply planning, service parts planning, inventory planning or supply chain planning.
• Hands-on experience with Service Parts Planning software is required. Experience as a Servigistics key user or consultant is strongly preferred.
• Solid grasp of Service Supply Chain, inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment or Service Parts Management concepts.
• A proven record of leading and facilitating customer workshops.
• Skill in turning business requirements into functional solution designs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work well with customers and distributed international teams.
• Willingness to travel about 10% of the time.
• Experience managing or supporting IT implementation projects is a plus.
