ERP Technical Consultant

Description

The company delivers ERP implementation, migration and optimisation projects for its customers.

You join an international team that works with customers across Europe, and you also give ad-hoc consultancy to existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical solutions for ERP implementation, migration and optimisation projects.
• Gather requirements with functional consultants and customer stakeholders, then turn them into workable solutions.
• Build integrations, extensions, reports and customisations using APIs, XML/JSON, SOAP, extension frameworks and low-code tools.
• Handle data migration work: analysis, mapping, transformation, validation and resolving issues.
• Help set up, configure and troubleshoot Azure environments and integration components.
• Use AI tools to speed up development, documentation, analysis and testing.
• Troubleshoot technical problems, support testing, and write clear documentation and handover material.
• Pass improvement ideas and customer feedback on to product and internal teams.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• At least 3 years in technical consulting, ERP, integration, migration or a customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, XML/JSON, SOAP, extension frameworks, and both pro-code and low-code development.
• Daily, practical use of AI tools in technical work.
• Experience with data migration, mapping and validation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn requirements into solutions.
• A structured, independent and customer-focused way of working.
• A team player who is willing to keep learning.
• Experience with Azure infrastructure, such as App Services, Azure SQL, networking, Entra ID, Key Vault and monitoring.
• One additional language: German, French, Swedish or Dutch.
• ERP experience, especially with Extension Kit, App Studio, APIs, reporting or migration tooling.
• SQL, Liquid, C, PowerShell, scripting or low-code development skills.
• Experience working in international project teams.
