Responsibilities

• Build and optimize enterprise-grade software that powers mission-critical platforms for global clients.
• Connect architectural strategy with hands-on implementation to deliver secure, resilient, highly scalable applications for complex business problems.
• Work with cloud architects, platform engineers and technology leaders in agile squads to modernize codebases and automate delivery.
• Keep time-to-market short while building security, modularity and operational reliability into every stage of the development lifecycle.
• Write and maintain high-performance, secure application code that meets enterprise design standards.
• Apply Clean Architecture, SOLID principles and microservices design patterns.
• Build, automate and tune CI/CD pipelines for fast, zero-downtime releases.
• Lead test automation across unit, integration and end-to-end testing to improve stability and quality.
• Work with technical architects, product owners and client stakeholders to turn complex requirements into scalable deliverables.
• Find and remove technical debt, performance bottlenecks and vulnerabilities through refactoring and code reviews.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, encouraging continuous learning and shared ownership.

Requirements

• Have substantial practical experience building software in modern enterprise languages such as Java, Python, C or Go.
• Have a record of designing and shipping microservices, RESTful APIs or event-driven applications in production.
• Understand object-oriented design, architectural patterns, SOLID principles and domain-driven design well.
• Have worked with containers and orchestration, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
• Work comfortably with DevOps toolchains, Git and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins.
• Design and tune relational stores (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational stores (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Analyze problems and troubleshoot well, communicate across functions and mentor others.
• Preferred: you have deployed workloads on AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Preferred: you have applied Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.
• Preferred: you hold certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).
• Preferred: you have worked with React, Angular or Vue.js to collaborate on full-stack work.
