Solutions Architect, NPN

Description

The company is building data center scale AI solutions and is looking for a solutions architect with experience designing, building and maintaining large HPC and hybrid AI computing systems.

You will join the Partner Network team, which helps the company AI Factory solutions reach customers through partners, bringing large scale AI to them and working with customers and partners on unsolved industry problems to deploy and run AI at scale.

This is a hands-on role, not a slide-deck job. The team has real operational experience and uses cloud native methods, low latency networks and accelerated compute to help build modern AI factories.

The team also shares knowledge through demos, proofs of concept, papers and developer blogs. You will work with executives and engineers to solve hard problems and bring the company's core technologies to life in the cloud and the datacenter.

The work is about tackling problems no one else has solved yet, and you would be a key part of that.

Responsibilities

• Guide partners in adopting end-to-end Agentic AI solutions built on the company's compute, networking and software stacks.
• Deliver demos, support proofs of concept, and write papers and developer blogs.
• Work with executives and engineering teams to solve complex problems.

Requirements

• A BS, MS or PhD in engineering, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A proven record working with AI and HPC clusters, both on-premises and in the cloud.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with cluster management tools such as Docker Containers, Slurm, Kubernetes and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience configuring and debugging networks, storage and clusters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain technical topics clearly to others.
• The ability to juggle several tasks efficiently in a fast-changing environment.
• Optional: strong channel sales knowledge and partner co-selling experience.
• Optional: strong coding and debugging skills in Python, C/C++, Bash and Linux utilities.
• Optional: demonstrated expertise through projects or open source contributions involving GPU workloads, Kubernetes, InfiniBand, Ethernet or other high-performance cluster and hybrid cloud areas.
• Optional: hands-on experience with the company AI Enterprise, Base Command Manager, Run:ai and the company NIMs.
• Optional: willingness and ability to learn quickly and solve advanced problems.
