The AI & Data Science Office brings together data science, advanced analytics and AI skills across the company's international markets.

The office works with Commercial Solutions teams to turn business needs into scalable solutions that improve client offerings, operational efficiency and decision-making. Its work covers advanced analytics, machine learning, AI, Generative AI (GenAI) and agentic AI, backed by healthcare data, engineering and domain knowledge.

The office links global innovation with local market needs, speeds up reuse of proven solutions, and sets shared methods, models and architecture standards across teams and regions.

The role is for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer who will design, build, evaluate and deploy AI, machine learning, GenAI and agentic AI solutions for complex business and client problems.

You will work with business stakeholders, data scientists and technology teams to find places where AI can deliver measurable value, then turn those into practical, production-ready solutions.

You will take work from proof of concept through deployment and adoption, helping shape AI capabilities across the company's international markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI, machine learning, GenAI and agentic AI solutions, from design through evaluation to deployment.
• Turn business requirements into scalable technical designs and implementation plans.
• Create intelligent workflows that combine machine learning models, LLMs, enterprise data, APIs and agentic frameworks.
• Build RAG, semantic search, knowledge discovery, intelligent automation and decision support solutions.
• Set up evaluation methods that measure solution quality, performance, business impact and risk.
• Work alongside business, analytics and technology teams across the whole solution lifecycle.
• Convert proofs of concept that succeed into reusable, production-ready capabilities.
• Connect AI solutions to enterprise platforms, data sources and analytical products.
• Apply sound practice in software engineering, MLOps, LLMOps, security, governance and documentation.
• Help build reusable frameworks, methods, standards and best practices.
• Support uptake of AI capabilities across markets and business units.
• Assess new AI technologies and find where they can add business value.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Have designed and deployed AI, machine learning, advanced analytics or GenAI solutions in production.
• Understand AI, machine learning, Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering and agentic AI concepts well.
• Have built solutions with current AI frameworks and tools.
• Know RAG, vector databases, semantic search and knowledge retrieval techniques.
• Have integrated AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs and cloud platforms.
• Have strong software engineering and solution development skills.
• Understand AI governance, evaluation, monitoring, security and compliance practices.
• Can explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred: Have built AI-powered products or client-facing AI solutions.
• Preferred: Are familiar with orchestration frameworks, AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Preferred: Have worked with structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Preferred: Know predictive analytics, machine learning and advanced analytics methods.
• Preferred: Know Responsible AI, model governance, compliance and risk management.
• Preferred: Have experience in healthcare, life sciences, commercial analytics or consulting.
• Preferred: Are familiar with MLOps and LLMOps practices.
• You bring a real interest in using AI on practical business problems, a builder's drive to go from concept to deployment, and curiosity about new technologies with a habit of continuous learning.
• You collaborate well, manage stakeholders effectively, and focus on practical, scalable outcomes that can be measured.
