Description

The company is looking for a Partner Technology Architect to be the main strategic contact for its Global and Strategic Regional partners. You will help partners grow through pre-sales technical work, business development, solution strategy, and AI-first technology adoption, and you will hold advisory relationships with partner executives while shaping industry-specific architecture and go-to-market plans in one role.

You will turn platform features, AI developments, and industry context into repeatable offerings that partners can build, scale, and sell. Although the role grows into business development and co-innovation, pre-sales technical work stays central, including discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concept leadership, and architecture reviews that move partner-led customer deals forward.

This role does not include hands-on platform configuration, development, or delivery. It also does not include managing commercial contracts, pricing, or financial programs, replacing deep technical or implementation specialists, or handling day-to-day partner relationship management, which sits with Partner Management.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the dedicated strategic counterpart for your assigned partner organizations, covering everything from pre-sales technical work to co-innovation and business growth advice.
  • Serve as the main strategic contact for assigned partners and build trust with their executives and practice leads.
  • Run joint business planning to line up partner investment, industry focus, and go-to-market priorities across every route to market.
  • Advise partners on growing their practices, choosing specializations, and getting ready to offer AI-enabled solutions.
  • Influence pipeline that partners source or contribute to, using offer-led strategy and ways to set their solutions apart.
  • Lead or support discovery sessions, executive briefings, and demonstrations that show the platform's value and speed up partner-led deals.
  • Help partners tie their offerings to high-value industry workflows and customer results.
  • Turn platform and AI capabilities into scalable, differentiated partner solutions at the concept and architecture level.
  • Understand workflows across enterprise areas such as CRM, IT, Security, and Business Services.
  • Design and run partner-led proofs of concept and joint demonstrations that show business value, technical feasibility, and an edge over competitors.
  • Give technical escalation support on critical partner-led opportunities so partners can reach deep expertise at key deal stages.
  • Promote AI-first solution design, including intelligent workflows, automation, and agent-based use cases.
  • Coordinate partner work with Partner Solution Architects and domain advisors for AI, CRM, and Security and Risk to speed up solution development.
  • Guide partner offerings from concept, through validation, to scaled commercial launch.
  • Encourage responsible, enterprise-ready AI adoption that meets governance and trust standards.
  • Link solution strategy to measurable outcomes such as efficiency, growth, ROI, and time-to-value.
  • Support executive conversations with clear value stories built around outcomes.
  • Coordinate internal specialist teams so partners get one unified experience instead of scattered contacts.

Requirements

  • You have 8+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting, partner strategy, enterprise technology advisory, or a related field, with a record of leading technical discovery, demonstrations, and partner engagements.
  • You have worked directly with partners, system integrators, hyperscalers, or technology alliances.
  • You can influence senior partner stakeholders at VP level and above and carry an executive presence.
  • You can connect business strategy, industry context, and technology into practical partner growth plans.
  • You have helped shape or scale partner practices, offerings, or go-to-market motions.
  • You understand enterprise platforms and workflow-based solutions at the conceptual and architecture level.
  • You have working knowledge of AI-enabled use cases, automation patterns, and data-driven workflows.
  • You have deep familiarity with at least one industry vertical, such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Public Sector.
  • You have experience applying AI to work processes, decisions, or problem-solving, or you think critically about how to do so.
  • Preferred: experience with the company platform and its AI capabilities, including Now Assist and AI Agents.
  • Preferred: a background in management consulting, strategy advisory, or partner business development.
  • Preferred: the company certifications such as CSA, CIS, or architecture certifications.
  • Preferred: experience across several partner routes to market, including C&I, MSP, Reseller, Hyperscaler, and Build.
  • Preferred: familiarity with competing platforms and the ability to explain how the company differs from them.
