Software Engineer (CLEARANCE REQUIRED)

Description

The company's Analytics and C2 Division researches and builds new technologies that tackle hard national security problems using advanced analytics.

The team is made up of engineers and scientists with advanced degrees in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, and data science, and they take ideas from early concept through to mature, working systems.

The Signals Exploitation and Tracking group applies machine learning, statistics, estimation theory, and information theory to signals exploitation, target tracking, predictive analytics, and system resource management.

Responsibilities

• Help develop new technologies centred on estimation theory, prediction, and system resource management.
• Design and build flexible software solutions.
• Work with multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Deliver high-impact solutions to some of the customers' most important problems.

Requirements

• Hold an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. U.S. citizenship is required for the U.S. government to grant this clearance.
• Have a bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience, a master's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Write maintainable, well-documented code and APIs.
• Work and collaborate effectively on multi-disciplinary teams.
• Have experience using Linux.
• Have expert-level skill in C++, Python, and Java.
• Have experience with container-based software, such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Even better: experience in intelligence or military-related mission areas.
• Even better: experience with microservice architecture and DevOps pipelines.

Conditions

Full-time position with a salary range of $115,000 to $145,000.

The salary range is based on external market data. Final offers depend on factors such as experience, education, training, key and critical skills, security clearances, and prevailing market and business conditions.

The role is based primarily in the Woburn, MA office, so you will need to work onsite.
