Software Engineer (Kotlin)

Description

The project is for a client in the telecommunications industry, which is looking for a Kotlin developer.

The company builds software for clients around the world, from large tech firms to fast-growing startups.

Responsibilities

• Own code quality by refactoring regularly, so the application stays scalable, easy to maintain and in line with current industry practice.
• Work with the Tech Lead and the Product Team to build new features in the application.
• Write and update the development documentation for the existing application.
• Run integration, regression and acceptance tests.
• Support production by helping to fix errors and technical problems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of paid experience writing Kotlin.
• Working knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Working knowledge of OIDC.
• English at B2 level or higher, enough for fluent communication.
• Ability to work well in a team in an international setting.
• An open mind, the ability to work independently and a proactive attitude.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
