ServiceNow Solution Architect

The company has over 30 experts in Sweden, almost 1,000 across the EMEA region, and offices in three cities. The team has deployed numerous ServiceNow solutions and works with customers on sustainable value.

The role is a senior position in a team that works directly with ServiceNow experts and has the company's ServiceNow Elite Partner status.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of scalable ServiceNow solutions for new implementations and transformation projects.
• Work with technical colleagues and ServiceNow experts to give strategic guidance and help customers succeed.
• Support pre-sales work and help colleagues solve complex problems.
• Stay current with the latest ServiceNow platform features and keep building your expertise.
• Act as the technical advisor in client conversations, turning complex business needs into clear technical roadmaps that can be carried out.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for the ServiceNow platform and a drive to learn about its changing capabilities.
• Senior experience: you manage your own workload, move projects forward without close supervision, and enjoy working with a collaborative team.
• Client focus: you understand customer needs, turn them into technical solutions, and present them in a way the audience follows.
• Experience designing and building ServiceNow solutions, with knowledge of enterprise architecture, integrations, and best-practice application development on the platform.
• Ability to read and debug JavaScript.
• Ability to manage customer interactions and work well with people from different backgrounds.
• Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
