Senior Platform Architect

Description

The role is an advisory position in the company's Customer Success team, helping customers build a technical foundation on the company Platform and design solutions that deliver results.

You will guide customers on leading practices for instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations and platform health, aiming for an architecture built for long-term success.

You will work with the customer's executives, platform owners, enterprise architects and development teams through selling, structuring and implementing solutions.

You will advise across several engagements, supporting customers, partners and internal team members.

The role is consultative and involves guiding the company, partner and customer staff on the engagement team.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with CoEI and business leaders at the customer site to understand how the company fits their digital transformation plans.
• Turn business goals into a customer roadmap.
• Convert business needs and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint for complex goals.
• Work with the customer's enterprise architects to position the company as the standard digital transformation platform, connected to their core applications.
• Manage technical governance and the delivery operating model.
• Work with the engagement team to reduce technical debt and bring the instance in line with the company leading practices.
• Help the sales effort by scoping and estimating engagements and change orders.
• Share leading practices and the company platform expertise actively.
• Bring a broad range of architecture knowledge across multiple workflows.

Requirements

• Experience using AI in work processes, decision-making or problem-solving, or critically assessing its impact on your function or industry. This can include AI-powered tools, workflow automation, analysing AI-driven insights or exploring AI's potential impact.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in a professional services (SaaS) organization, or equivalent education and experience.
• Management consulting experience.
• A track record of driving complex issues through analysis to resolution.
• Industry domain expertise.
• Experience leading architecture and design on large programs.
• Enterprise architecture experience.
• Cloud application technology experience.
• Right to work in the country.
• Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian and in English.
