Description

The role is an IAM engineering position in the banking sector, centred on SailPoint IdentityIQ. The work covers identity provisioning, connector integrations, workflow development and ongoing platform improvement.

The team is based in Portugal and has offered managed security services since 2009, when it was known as INTEGRITY. Its offerings include persistent intrusion testing, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GRC consulting and solutions, and third-party risk management. The team holds ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications, is a PCI-QSA, and is a member of CREST and the Center for Internet Security. It serves clients in more than 20 countries.

Responsibilities

• Build, set up and maintain the SailPoint IdentityIQ provisioning stack together with the owners of the connected applications.
• Create and maintain integrations between SailPoint IdentityIQ and other systems, using standard or custom connectors.
• Help improve the platform as part of continuous improvement work in a Scrum environment.
• Work with business analysts, testers and other stakeholders to keep deliverables high in quality.
• Take part in troubleshooting to resolve operational incidents and provisioning problems.
• Monitor and optimise provisioning workflows, and automate them so they run efficiently and reliably.
• Write documentation for integrations, configurations and development changes that follows technical standards and good practice.
• Coordinate with technical leads and product stakeholders as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Hold a Master's degree in business, information technology, computer science or a related field.
• Have at least 3 years of experience integrating and developing with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Understand the internal technical architecture and behaviour of SailPoint IdentityIQ well.
• Have strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON and SQL.
• Have proven development experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules and tasks.
• Have experience deploying, configuring and installing SailPoint IdentityIQ environments.
• Have hands-on experience connecting SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors to internal and third-party systems.
• Speak and write English at B2 level or higher.
