Senior Technical Enablement Engineer

The company makes a cloud security platform, the Zero Trust Exchange, that connects users, devices and applications from any location. It runs across more than 200 public data centers worldwide plus thousands of private edge sites, and is described as the largest in-line cloud security platform in the world.

This is a remote role on the WW GTM Operations team, reporting to the Sr. Director of GTM Technical Strategy & Enablement. The job is to speed up technical go-to-market work by building strong ties with internal teams and using modern learning methods to bring the company's enterprise security products to sellers everywhere.

Responsibilities

• Run several technical enablement projects at once, delivering on time and at high quality across time zones worldwide
• Build a deep working knowledge of the company's products so you can design and improve demos, proof-of-value processes and architecture workshops
• Plan and carry out enablement programs, plans and technical content
• Use AI-assisted tools to produce scalable assets such as learning paths, labs and simulations faster
• Work with Sales Engineering leaders and Product Management to turn complex technical ideas into clear, outcome-focused stories

Requirements

• Self-directed, with a growth mindset, and comfortable working in uncertain, fast-moving settings
• Genuine interest in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure and AI-driven innovation
• Able to explain deep technical material in clear, engaging ways to varied audiences
• Builds trust easily, connects people across teams and removes blockers to keep work moving
• Focused on results, measuring success by seller confidence, pipeline impact and how well the field wins
• 5+ years of total experience, including at least 2 years in Technical Enablement or Sales Engineering in a fast-growing environment
• Confident presenter who can teach technical content to experienced professional audiences
• Background as a sales engineer, or equivalent, at a cybersecurity vendor or technology partner
• Has explored AI tools and regularly adopted new technology to improve daily work and problem-solving
• Able to travel domestically and internationally as the role requires
• Preferred: Understanding of technical sales, including discovery, architecture workshops, exception handling, demos and proof-of-value
• Preferred: Skill building interactive, adaptive e-learning with current authoring tools
• Preferred: Proven use of AI to build personalized learning agents or agentic enablement tools
• Preferred: Cybersecurity or networking certifications with a solid base in network security, zero trust and cloud-delivered security architectures

Conditions

Full-time position, remote, reporting to the Sr. Director of GTM Technical Strategy & Enablement

Base pay range is $150,500 - $215,000 USD across all US locations; this is the target range for new hires and may move higher or lower depending on skills, experience and education, and excludes commission, bonus, equity and benefits
