Description

The role is a senior individual contributor position with no direct reports but substantial influence across the organization.

You join the Business Partner organization of Corporate Functions, which is changing how it works as part of a wider push toward a skills-led, AI-enabled company of more than 110,000 employees worldwide.

The Business Partner community covers roughly 60 HR Business Partners serving People & Culture, Finance & Administration, Office of the CEO, and Strategy & Operations.

Initiatives come from the Centers of Excellence and cover workforce planning, talent and leadership development, total rewards, organization design, and change management.

The company builds enterprise applications and business AI, and has been doing so for over 50 years.

In a single week your work could move from a post-acquisition integration to a talent rollout to a portfolio discussion with leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Run the strategic PMO for the Corporate Functions BP cluster, covering portfolio visibility, dependencies, risks, and reporting to leadership.
  • Personally lead 2-3 strategic projects from scoping through delivery to measurable results.
  • Own the AI and tooling enablement agenda for the BP community with CP IT, business operations, and AI champions, including finding use cases, working with internal IT and product teams, driving adoption of Joule, and managing rollouts of new agents so Business Partners spend less time on operational work.
  • Help set priorities with the BP lead and team, turn strategic goals into concrete plans, and keep attention on the most critical topics.
  • Set up meeting rhythms, agendas, follow-ups, and decision routines that keep work transparent, accountable, and on schedule.
  • Support the people side of M&A integrations, including Day 1 readiness and organizational harmonization.
  • Coordinate with the cluster PMOs for Customer Value Group and Product & Engineering on shared governance.
  • Review the project portfolio, challenge priorities, surface trade-offs, and support leadership decisions.
  • Make sure Business Partners are equipped to drive adoption of these topics with the business leaders they support.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years in program management, transformation delivery, or management consulting.
  • A consulting background, such as Big 4, strategy, HR consultancy, or an internal transformation office at a large enterprise.
  • Working knowledge of HR and people topics, enough to engage credibly on workforce planning, talent, rewards, org design, and change management.
  • Hands-on skill with AI and digital tools as a practitioner, not only as a strategist.
  • Ability to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, such as running a leadership workshop and building the follow-up deck yourself.
  • Exceptional English, written and spoken.
  • Experience in large matrixed organizations, ideally across several functions or geographies.
  • Ability to get productive quickly on unfamiliar topics.

Conditions

No direct reports.

You report to the HR Business Partner leadership for Corporate Functions and work directly with senior managers and executives on the People & Culture leadership team.

The company is committed to equal employment opportunity and offers accessibility accommodations to applicants with physical or mental disabilities.

Applicants must follow the company's ethical AI guidelines for recruitment, and violations can lead to disqualification.

Benefits

  • Flexible working models.
  • A focus on health and well-being.
  • Investment in employee development.
