  • Experience as a technical lead, software architect or engineering manager, and the ability to coach engineers.
  • Strong programming skills and a real interest in staying close to code, prototypes and architecture reviews while letting teams own implementation.
  • Ability to spot patterns across customer use cases and turn them into reusable technical capabilities.
  • Practical experience building AI-powered applications, ideally with generative AI and agentic AI frameworks.
  • Good understanding of modern software architecture, cloud-native development, APIs, distributed systems and engineering best practices.
  • Experience designing reusable components, frameworks or platforms with a focus on modularity, extensibility and maintainability.
  • Ability to move fast on new ideas while keeping engineering rigor and long-term quality.
  • A builder mindset, sound technical judgment and interest in bringing new technology into real enterprise applications.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with fluent English.
  • Advantageous, not required: AI agent orchestration, knowledge graphs, ontologies, retrieval-augmented generation or decision intelligence.
