Senior Staff Technical Product Manager, Conversational AI

The company is hiring a senior staff technical product manager to lead strategy and delivery for its AI-powered product experiences. The organization is an AI-focused group that is growing quickly.

Beyond executing a roadmap, you will help shape it, setting priorities with data and product judgment. The role covers a wide cross-functional area and requires strong stakeholder management, influence and negotiation to bring several teams and senior partners in line.

Candidates need hands-on experience shipping AI at scale, not just familiarity with the subject. Be ready to show the AI products you have launched, the technical and business trade-offs you handled, and the cross-functional results you produced.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and delivery for a broad product area that speeds up agent productivity, including building the roadmap and the prioritization framework.
• Make prioritization calls using product analytics, experiments and usage data, with clear business impact in mind.
• Write strategy and requirements documents that senior engineering leaders and business stakeholders depend on.
• Align multiple teams, including engineering, data science and senior stakeholders, around shared priorities, often without formal authority.
• Mentor junior product managers and raise the execution standard across the team.

Requirements

• Have experience using AI in your work, such as AI-powered tools, workflow automation, analysis of AI-driven insights, or assessing AI's impact on your function or industry.
• Have 12+ years of product management experience, including recent hands-on work shipping AI or data-powered products at real scale.
• Make prioritization decisions with product analytics and experimentation, and show measurable business results.
• Write clear, senior-level strategy, requirements and prioritization documents.
• Manage stakeholders, influence and negotiate across senior, cross-functional groups where priorities compete.
• Communicate well verbally and in writing, bringing technical and business audiences together.
• Give specific, verifiable examples of AI products shipped, trade-offs weighed and outcomes delivered.
• Be technically fluent enough to work in depth with engineers on architecture and feasibility trade-offs.
• Nice to have: experience mentoring or informally guiding junior product managers.

Conditions

Base pay for this location is $171,900 to $300,800. This is a guideline, and total pay depends on qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.

Equity is offered where applicable, along with variable incentive compensation.

Sales roles typically use an On Target Earnings incentive structure.

Pay is set by geographic location and may change with work location.

Work personas are flexible, remote, or required in office, assigned by the type of work and the employee's work location. The company may use a third-party service to measure the distance from your home to the nearest office.
