Description

The company is hiring a senior staff outbound product manager for its Data & Analytics product team, which owns Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB. This is an externally focused role that takes complex enterprise data products to market through positioning, launches, sales enablement and direct customer work.

The role combines data architecture, platform performance, analytics, AI readiness and customer value. You will help customers see what the products do, how to adopt them and where the value lies, turning technical detail into product stories, go-to-market plans, customer content and field enablement.

Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional are key growth areas within the Data & Analytics portfolio. The business already brings in about $600M in revenue and aims to reach $1.5B by 2029. The goal is a wider strategy showing how data strengthens the company's offer across workflows, customer outcomes, enterprise AI readiness and major deals, not selling data as a standalone product.

You will work with product, engineering, sales, solution consulting, product marketing and customer-facing teams so the market understands the value of the company's next-generation data platform. You will also help scale field enablement and growth plans across one-to-one, one-to-few and one-to-many engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Own the outbound product strategy for Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional, turning complex platform capabilities into clear customer value, differentiated positioning and market stories.
  • Define and refine messaging, use cases, personas, competitive differentiation and customer proof points so both technical and executive audiences see why the products matter.
  • Work with inbound product managers, engineering, product marketing, sales, solution consulting and customer-facing teams to shape launch strategy, field readiness, growth motions and adoption plans.
  • Act as product evangelist in customer briefings, executive talks, analyst sessions, webinars, conferences and strategic deal support, tailoring the message for practitioners and business decision-makers.
  • Explain enterprise data, analytics, integration, platform performance and AI readiness in terms of business outcomes, customer use cases and messaging sellers can use, without going deeper into technical detail than the audience needs.
  • Turn field feedback, customer insights, competitive intelligence and adoption signals into recommendations that shape roadmap priorities, go-to-market execution and outbound investment.
  • Own key outbound deliverables such as sales playbooks, launch campaigns, demos, solution briefs, competitive guides, field training, executive presentations and customer-facing product stories.
  • Help set and track success measures for outbound work, including launch readiness, seller adoption, customer engagement, pipeline influence, product adoption and market feedback.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years in enterprise software product management, outbound product management, technical product marketing or go-to-market work, including owning customer-facing launches, positioning, field enablement and sales plays.
  • Enterprise software experience is required. Candidates who have built, positioned, sold or taken software products to external enterprise customers are strongly preferred.
  • Product or outbound experience must come from building or selling software, not only from internal IT, implementation ownership or using similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise data and analytics, such as data platforms, databases, integrations, cloud infrastructure, analytics or AI/ML data layers, and the ability to turn these into positioning and customer value. Deep engineering or architecture ownership is not required.
  • Solid understanding of how data strategy, integration, data management, databases and platform capabilities support enterprise AI and workflow change.
  • Proven experience engaging external enterprise customers, sellers and executives through briefings, discovery, launches, field events or strategic deal support, and using those interactions to sharpen messaging and go-to-market work.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complexity clear to practitioners, business leaders, sellers, executives and customers.
  • Proven record of influencing across product, engineering, marketing, sales, solution consulting, customer success and field teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle several strategic initiatives in a fast-moving, high-growth setting.
  • Helpful: experience with data platform, database, integration or iPaaS, infrastructure, analytics, AI/ML data layer or enterprise SaaS platform products.
  • Helpful: experience giving demos or supporting technical customer conversations, EBCs, sales engagements, analyst sessions, webinars, conferences or strategic deal pursuits.
  • Helpful: experience building field enablement, launch narratives, competitive positioning, customer proof points, executive messaging and adoption programs.
  • Helpful: experience with federal customers or highly regulated enterprise markets.
  • US citizenship or green card status is preferred to support federal market customer opportunities.
