Description

The company is building a platform that lets developers create AI agents and connect them to its AI assistant.

This role helps shape how enterprises build agentic AI, covering the tools developers use and the end-user experiences agents deliver.

The team builds on the platform, supports other internal teams in making their own applications, and works with customers to turn their feedback into product changes.

Responsibilities

  • Own a product area from first concept through launch, then keep iterating after release.
  • Write concise specs that define the problem, goals, and success metrics for design and engineering.
  • Lead the definition and design of core technology, developer interfaces, and end-user experiences for the agent platform.
  • Study other developer platforms and document what strong ones do, so the team agrees on what good looks like.
  • Work with machine learning and platform engineers on recent agentic AI research and turn it into product recommendations based on market understanding.
  • Help run hackathons and grow the developer community.
  • Break down complex problems using technical knowledge and data, including regular review of product usage to guide the roadmap.
  • Help cross-functional teams set goals, define projects, and set milestones throughout delivery.
  • Make sure designers understand the problems and can test ideas quickly.
  • Support deployment teams in getting customers value from the product quickly.
  • Build trust with CIOs and IT managers at Fortune 500 companies so they can make decisions quickly.
  • Work with customers on building solutions with the company's developer tools and use their feedback to improve the products.

Requirements

  • Skilled at breaking down complex problems, spotting patterns, and finding solutions using data.
  • Write clearly and concisely about new product concepts, operations, and plans.
  • Curious and quick to learn, with the drive to research new technology on your own, including academic and competitive work.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, authentication, and integrations.
  • Experience building enterprise products that required integrating third-party platforms.
  • A proven record of owning product goals and delivering on them.
  • A clear framework for deciding when to iterate, when to discard, and when to scale a product.
  • Able to gather input from many sources, set clear priorities, and communicate them.
  • Able to bridge technical and enterprise audiences and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, even in difficult situations.
  • Comfortable working closely with data science, engineering, user experience, and customer success teams.
  • Detail-oriented communicator who empathizes with customers and stakeholders and builds lasting relationships.
  • Eager to learn new subject areas and willing to be resourceful when needed.
