Description

The company helps mid-market businesses get more from their technology, linking infrastructure to business processes through industry-focused work in Salesforce, system integration, cloud architecture, AI, and data strategy.

As a senior individual contributor, you will work with account executives, industry specialists, alliance partners, and delivery leads to shape Salesforce transformation deals. You map how a client works today, find where it can improve, and design Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable value while weighing business results, user experience, build effort, and long-term upkeep.

The company is growing its team and expects future openings, so it is also keeping in touch with strong candidates now.

Responsibilities

  • Join account executives across the sales cycle to qualify opportunities, set technical direction, and help run each pursuit.
  • Run discovery sessions to learn current processes, user needs, operational pain points, and the outcomes the client wants.
  • Work with industry specialists to turn strategic business goals into workable Salesforce approaches.
  • Review business processes, spot improvement areas, propose options, and explain the business and technical trade-offs of each.
  • Design scalable solutions using Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and current integration patterns.
  • Build demos, prototypes, proofs of concept, and executive presentations tailored to each client's situation.
  • Work with sales leadership on technical win plans and on how to set the company apart in each deal.
  • Lead the technical sections of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, statements of work, and client presentations.
  • Check with delivery leads and solution architects that proposed designs are practical, buildable, and follow delivery good practice.
  • Help create reusable demos, reference architectures, solution assets, and presales material.
  • Feed what you learn from customer engagements back into offerings, sales plays, and solution assets.
  • Keep your Salesforce certifications current and build depth in Salesforce AI and emerging platform technology.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in solution engineering, enterprise consulting, solution architecture, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • A proven record supporting large Salesforce transformation programs and complex consulting pursuits.
  • A solid grasp of what the Salesforce platform does across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and integration patterns.
  • The ability to study business processes and turn needs into practical solution designs.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with confidence engaging executives.
  • Effective collaboration with sales, industry specialists, alliances, delivery, and executive leadership.
  • Valid, active Salesforce Architect-level certifications are required. AI and Data Cloud certifications are a plus.
  • Consultative, with a business-process focus.
  • Balances business value with technical quality.
  • Uses sound judgment and avoids unnecessary complexity.
  • Clear communicator with executive presence.
  • Collaborative, curious, and a team player.
  • Comfortable in an entrepreneurial consulting setting that moves quickly.
