Senior Project Manager, Moulding Technology

Description

The company designs and scales the technologies used in moulding production at sites around the world, from early development through to stable production.

This is a permanent senior role that sets direction across complex programs, connecting technology, industrialisation and production so that manufacturing goals become workable plans.

You will join a global team of project managers and technology specialists who develop, industrialise and scale moulding technologies, linking development teams, manufacturing needs, suppliers and production sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex moulding programs from strategy through to implementation and operational readiness.
• Set clear priorities, ownership, dependencies, risks and decisions across programs.
• Turn manufacturing priorities into roadmaps, programs and projects.
• Bring technical, operational and business views together to keep work moving.
• Align functions, production sites and suppliers around shared outcomes.
• Help turn moulding ambitions into robust manufacturing solutions.
• In your first major task, connect strategy, technology and people to shape the future of moulding.
• Work closely with project managers, technology specialists, manufacturing teams, production sites and suppliers to make strategic priorities reliable.

Requirements

• Have led complex technical or manufacturing programs involving multiple projects or workstreams.
• Have managed injection moulding, moulding technology or closely related industrial manufacturing initiatives.
• Have directed project managers, technical leads or workstream owners across interconnected programs.
• Have delivered production transformation, technology implementation, capacity expansion or production transfer projects.
• Preferred: have introduced new technologies from development through industrialisation into stable production.
• Preferred: have worked with equipment suppliers to implement manufacturing technology in existing production environments.
• Preferred: have scaled standardised technology solutions across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Preferred: are able to travel up to 40 days a year to suppliers, other sites and similar destinations.

Conditions

The role is permanent.

Hybrid working: you will be in the office at least three days each week, with the option to work from home up to two days a week. Your people leader will explain how this applies to your role and team.
