Senior Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The company is hiring a senior project manager for a remote contract role that runs several cross-department projects at once.

You will carry projects from planning through delivery, covering solution design, budget, staffing, and risk.

The work centres on reviewing how workflows and business processes run, spotting waste, and turning what you find into clear requirements.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams working on systems, processes, and technology integrations, and keep stakeholders informed about requirements, progress, and what to expect.

Responsibilities

• Run several projects at the same time across departments, hitting deadlines, scope, and budget.
• Take full ownership of each project, from planning and solution design through budgeting, staffing, and risk management.
• Review workflows and business processes to find inefficiencies and convert them into requirements the team can act on.
• Improve processes using process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis.
• Lead change management so transitions go smoothly and stakeholders support the outcome.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams delivering integrations of systems, processes, and technology.
• Keep stakeholders aligned through requirements gathering, regular progress updates, and managing expectations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• A background in business analysis or product management.
• A proven record of improving business processes and getting changes into products or day-to-day operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams that include both business and technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience putting AI into products or processes with measurable results.
• Nice to have: working knowledge of no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt.

Conditions

This is a remote contract position.
