Description

The company runs a workplace management platform that brings together people, spaces and communications in one secure, integrated system. More than 16,000 workplaces use it to keep their operations secure, compliant and connected across all their locations.

Customers include manufacturing sites, data centers, pharmaceutical labs, healthcare facilities and corporate headquarters. The company aims to make safety, security and regulatory compliance something those customers feel good about, replacing box-ticking and manual processes with simpler, more efficient ones. Good experiences and strong security have to go together, and the work is demanding with many customers depending on the team.

This is a Senior Product Marketing Manager role on the Product Marketing team, helping define the company's position in the security workplace and visitor management technology market. You will drive Go-to-Market (GTM) results across both inbound work, such as pre-launch strategy, research and positioning, and outbound work, such as launch execution and sales-facing activity that builds pipeline. The role calls for close cross-functional work, high ownership, and the ability to stay effective when priorities change quickly.

The role is onsite at least 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday, at the San Francisco headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out market, customer and competitive research to shape positioning and messaging and to inform product strategy.
  • Turn customer feedback, market trends and competitive intelligence into clear recommendations that shape the product roadmap.
  • Plan, launch and coordinate campaigns, products and features with cross-functional teams.
  • Design and run end-to-end GTM plans for major launches, including the core narrative, a launch tiering framework and cross-functional timelines.
  • Run retrospectives after major launches and keep refining the GTM playbook.
  • Place smaller feature updates within the wider product vision and work with teams to show customers and buyers the value of the platform.
  • Plan and manage in-product communications that build awareness, adoption and early access programs.
  • Support pricing and packaging analysis and make recommendations.
  • Create sales enablement materials, including decks, one-pagers, product and campaign training, sales and BDR sequences, and competitive intelligence.
  • Help build content and demos for conferences, events and trade shows, and take part in or moderate panels.
  • Present to internal teams and lead internal training.
  • Review customer feedback and turn it into product recommendations.
  • Help review and analyse win/loss sales reports.
  • Help define and track KPIs for campaign performance, product engagement and pipeline contribution.
  • Write release notes and internal product update emails as needed.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of product marketing experience at a SaaS company.
  • Background in security, either physical or cybersecurity, or in another regulated or compliance-driven industry.
  • A portfolio showing your past work or projects.
  • Strong writing, storytelling and research skills.
  • Experience working with marketing, product, sales, customer support and customer success teams.
  • Experience with both inbound work (pre-launch research and strategy) and outbound work (go-to-market and sales-facing).
  • Previous experience with sales enablement.
  • Proven ability to use and build AI tools that support the product marketing function.
  • A sense of ownership and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing settings.
  • Ability to set priorities and hit deadlines.
  • Working with other capable people on a shared team.
  • An inclusive, caring community.
  • Help build, scale and define a category as the business grows.
  • Chance to make an early impact and take ownership of projects that move the organisation forward.
  • Exposure to every part of the business.
  • A culture that embraces AI.
