Description

The company is a medical technology business focused on diagnosing and managing coronary artery disease, the leading cause of death worldwide.

Its AI-based, non-invasive cardiac tests work across the CCTA pathway. They help clinicians find narrowed coronary arteries, measure blood flow to the heart, and quantify atherosclerotic plaque, with a color-coded 3D view of how blockages affect circulation. The tests are backed by ACC/AHA chest pain guidelines.

The company is publicly traded under the ticker HTFL, is cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan and Canada, is supported by medical societies around the world, and has been used on more than 750,000 patients. The product pipeline and the team are both growing.

This is a product marketing role for a graduating MBA, summer 2027. You will link Product, Clinical, Sales and Marketing Communications, shaping how products are positioned, launched and adopted. Success is measured by adoption, utilization and the quality of the commercial decisions you inform.

Responsibilities

  • Gather market, patient-journey and customer insight, and bring field and voice-of-customer findings back to Product Management to shape the roadmap.
  • Write positioning, value propositions and key messages for each product and audience, from cardiologists and radiologists to interventional cardiologists, referring physicians and hospital administrators.
  • Plan and run product launches, from strategy and timelines through commercial rollout and adoption tracking.
  • Find what slows adoption in target segments, work across teams to remove those barriers, and grow reach within existing accounts.
  • Work with Marketing Communications to design integrated, multichannel campaigns that reach and educate target customers.
  • Create field tools such as sales presentations, solution briefs, case studies, demo and value materials, and training content. Work with Sales leadership, Sales Training and field advisors to make sure they get used.
  • Turn clinical evidence and health economics data into accurate, credible claims and messaging. With Clinical and Medical Affairs, build educational and thought leadership content and engage physicians and key opinion leaders as advisors.
  • Route materials and programs through Clinical, Regulatory, Legal and Medical review so they meet applicable requirements.
  • Set measurable goals, manage timelines, evaluate program effectiveness with data, and support product forecasting and business planning.
  • Keep Marketing, Sales, Product, Clinical, Customer Success and Professional Education aligned on one market story at every customer touchpoint.

Requirements

  • Graduating MBA from an accredited institution (required).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing, product marketing, market development, commercial strategy, consulting or a related field. Pre-MBA experience and substantive MBA internships or rotations count.
  • Experience in medical device, life sciences, diagnostics, digital health or healthcare technology (strongly preferred), including marketing work that drove adoption.
  • Experience with sales organizations such as field sales, field marketing or sales enablement (a plus).
  • Start-up or high-growth environment experience (a plus).
  • Familiarity with cardiology or medical imaging (a plus).
  • Strategic thinking: you can frame unclear problems, size opportunities, set strategy and defend recommendations with data.
  • Execution: a bias for action, strong project management, and a record of taking programs from plan to results.
  • Storytelling: clear written, verbal and presentation skills, including turning technical detail into something a sales rep can use in a five-minute conversation.
  • Influence without authority: you build trust and rally Sales, Product, Clinical and Marketing partners around a shared plan.
  • Analytical rigor: comfort with market research, competitive analysis and performance metrics, and judgment about which numbers matter.
  • Customer curiosity: genuine interest in how clinicians and health systems work, and grounding decisions in observed practice.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated and flexible, and comfortable when priorities shift in a fast-moving, high-growth setting.
