Description

The company builds an AI agent that turns sales conversations into action, helping sales teams sharpen skills, make better decisions and move deals forward.

Its platform is a revenue activation system that links what happens in a deal to what should happen next. The company came out of YC-backed, first gaining attention with AI voice agents that reps could call to practise.

It now builds AI that understands sales calls, coaches reps live, reasons across deals and acts on them. Companies such as LinkedIn, Amazon, Intel, Notion and Vanta are customers. The company raised a $15M Series A in October 2025, grew ARR 5x over the past year and is growing nearly 20% month over month.

The team is made of builders and operators, several of whom have founded companies, scaled teams or became customers before joining. The team values curiosity, strong opinions and commitment to solving customer problems. It shares context, gives direct feedback and works through disagreements openly.

Work is owned individually but done in close collaboration. You share your reasoning, discuss tradeoffs and align with teammates before moving forward. The team moves quickly on clear priorities, takes ambitious bets, stays close to customers and changes direction when the evidence says to.

This hands-on role turns the company's marketing priorities into campaigns that build awareness, create qualified demand and grow pipeline. You combine paid advertising skill with sound judgment, make clear recommendations and work with the team to turn plans into measurable results. This is not a strategy-only role: you build, launch and optimise paid campaigns yourself, in house.

Responsibilities

  • Review Google and LinkedIn performance, find the cause of a drop in demo conversions, check lead quality and pipeline impact, then recommend budget or targeting changes and launch the next creative test.
  • Plan an upcoming campaign with Marketing leadership, covering audience, offer, messaging, channel mix and launch timing, then build the ads, emails and landing page while keeping the team updated.
  • Prepare promotion, lead capture and follow-up for field activations and executive programs, coordinating target accounts and meeting goals with Sales and Field Marketing and testing registration and booking flows before launch.
  • Work with Product Marketing on SEO, AEO and website optimisation. Create and update ads, articles, landing pages and customer stories around agreed messaging and audience priorities.
  • Review search and website performance with Product Marketing, refresh SEO and AEO content, and check forms, tracking and conversion paths.
  • Work with Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing and executive leadership to turn business priorities into targeted campaigns with clear plans for promotion, lead capture and follow-up.
  • Close the loop with Sales on recent leads, share what is driving pipeline and recommend what to improve next.
  • Use CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality and pipeline contribution to improve performance. Explain your recommendations and align with teammates before launching or making material changes.

Requirements

  • You have 4+ years of marketing experience at a startup between Series A and Series C, including hands-on B2B SaaS demand generation and paid advertising.
  • You have managed Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads directly, from campaign setup, audience targeting and budget allocation through creative testing, conversion tracking and ongoing optimisation against CAC, ROAS and qualified pipeline.
  • Highly preferred: you have built and optimised growth campaigns at a B2B SaaS company, ideally with complex buying journeys, multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
  • Highly preferred: you have connected paid advertising, content, field activations and executive programs to qualified pipeline, working closely with Product Marketing and Sales.

Conditions

Base salary of $150K-$175K plus an equity package.

On-site role at the San Francisco office, five days a week. This is not a remote position.

The process moves fast, with a decision 1-2 weeks after the first conversation.

Interview process: an intro call with James, the founding recruiter (30 minutes); a conversation with Garrett Moedl, Head of Product Marketing; a take-home exercise (1-2 hours) reviewed with the GTM team (45 minutes); and a final onsite with founders and the leadership team (60 minutes).

Benefits

  • Coverage for medical care, dental care and eyecare.
  • Commuter benefits.
  • Lunch and dinner provided in the office.
  • 401k and HSA options.
