Description

About the company

The company is building the AI employee for banks. We work with some of America's largest financial institutions, helping them scale their contact center and compliance operations using autonomous AI Agents that process payments, originate loans, and help customers get a world class experience during the biggest financial decisions of their lives. If you are interested in building AI that is applied in the real world where precision, reliability, and performance matter and redefine access to credit across the world, apply below.

About the role

We’re looking for a Founding Growth Lead to build the systems and campaigns that bring the company into new accounts and markets.

You’ll figure out who we should reach, what matters to them, and how to get in front of them. You’ll write the message, launch the campaign, build the tools behind it, measure the response, and use what you learn to improve the next one. You’ll also own the product story across our website, sales materials, newsletter, and events.

This is a hands-on role with wide ownership. The right person is an excellent writer and a fast operator who can build with data, automation, and AI tools. They have the taste to make the company memorable and the discipline to see whether their work creates real sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Build a live map of our market. Identify target accounts, buyers, relationships, and opportunities across our current segments and new verticals. Keep account maps current as we meet prospects, win customers, and learn where the company can expand.
  • Create paths into important accounts.
  • Own outbound and marketing experiments. Build lists, develop a hypothesis for each audience, write the copy, and launch campaigns. Test different messages and channels by segment; track replies, meetings, and pipeline; and keep improving the targeting and positioning.
  • Build the growth tooling. Create agents, automations, dashboards, and workflows that help us maintain the market map, run campaigns, track leads and ads, and give sales a reliable view of what is working.
  • Own the company’s product messaging. Turn customer conversations and product capabilities into clear positioning, website copy, slides, sales materials, and a product newsletter built from scratch.
  • Own the company presence at Events. Plan and execute conferences, smaller events, and campaigns across the industries we serve. Own the audience, invitations, experience, sales preparation, and follow-up.
  • Find creative ways to reach buyers. Test ideas such as thoughtful gifting, podcasts, customer programs, and the company-hosted events. Choose ideas for the audience they reach and the conversations they can create, then execute them with care.
  • A project you might own
  • Build a market map that is living and auto-updates daily. Start with the accounts and buyers we want to reach. Connect them to our existing relationships, outreach, meetings, customers, and events. Create a way for the map to stay current as the team books new calls and launches new products then use it to decide which accounts to pursue and what to say to them.

Requirements

  • Creative with good taste: You can develop a sharp message or an unusual campaign that feels right for a senior buyer.
  • Resourceful: You find a way forward one way or another. You never stop at a no.
  • Fast and thorough: You move quickly without losing details, deadlines, or follow-up.
  • Technical and curious: You’re comfortable building with data, AI tools, automations, and integrations. You can learn a new tool quickly and know when a simple system beats a complicated one.
  • Analytical: You care whether a campaign produces the right conversations, and you change your approach when it doesn’t.
  • Highly independent: You can take an ambitious goal, decide what to do first, and own the work through execution.
  • High energy: You enjoy talking to people, testing ideas, and making things happen in the real world.
  • You may have worked in growth, product marketing, GTM engineering, founder’s office, or built something yourself. We care most about what you’ve personally created and the results it produced.
  • How to apply
  • Send your resume or LinkedIn profile and one example of a campaign, event, or internal tool you built that you are proud of. Tell us what you owned, how you made decisions, and what happened as a result.
  • Experience: 5+ years
  • Visa: US citizen/visa only
