Description

You will lead product marketing for one of the company's most important product areas, the giving products, during a focused 14-month initiative.

Your work covers go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, launch planning and market activation. The goal is to help churches and ministries offer simpler giving, encourage generosity and get more from their technology.

The role sits across Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. You will turn product direction, customer needs and market trends into clear stories and joint programs that support winning, onboarding, keeping and growing customers.

You report to the Director of Product Marketing and work with product leaders and cross-functional go-to-market teams to launch new capabilities, sharpen the story of the giving platform and equip customer-facing staff to explain its value.

The company has 550 staff, supports more than 10,000 customers and has processed over $15 billion in charitable giving. It has grown quickly, including several recent acquisitions.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of assigned launches and strategic go-to-market work from start to finish, covering positioning, audience, activation, enablement, adoption and measurement.
  • Build sharp positioning, messaging, value propositions and product narratives based on customer, market and competitor insight.
  • Turn individual features and releases into customer value stories that fit the wider giving platform story.
  • Work with Growth Marketing, Segment Marketing and Creative to coordinate activation across demand generation, in-product, email, social and content.
  • Work with GTM Enablement to give Sales and Customer Success messaging, talk tracks, demos and competitive guidance.
  • Run ongoing competitor research and win/loss analysis, and keep battle cards current for Sales, CS, Product and Marketing.
  • Plan competitive, upsell and cross-sell campaigns with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Lead product marketing for wider initiatives such as major events, product partnerships and integrations, and adoption campaigns.
  • Set success measures for your initiatives and use performance data and customer feedback to improve go-to-market execution over time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with product marketing as a core part of that work.
  • You have owned product marketing for a single product, a solution or a wider portfolio, leading go-to-market strategy and launches for complex software that produced measurable results in usage, pipeline or revenue.
  • Strongly preferred: experience in payments, fintech, commerce, fundraising or transaction-based SaaS.
  • A BA or BS in marketing, business or communications, or professional experience that is equivalent.
  • You are a team player and self-starter with a bias for action, bringing creative, unconventional thinking to the product marketing team.
  • You have run competitive research, built persuasive sales enablement material grounded in accurate, differentiated positioning, and gathered customer evidence of real-world value.
  • You use AI and modern marketing tools to speed up research, synthesis, content and execution without losing accuracy or quality, so your time goes to insights, stories and customer impact.
  • You can turn complex financial technology into simple, compelling customer value.
  • You combine qualitative and quantitative customer and market insight into practical strategy, and use it to shape Product and go-to-market decisions.
  • You write, speak and present clearly to audiences from executives to customers.
  • You lead across teams without direct authority, manage projects well and take full ownership as priorities shift.
  • You care about serving churches and ministries and helping them build community, connection and generosity.
