Senior Product Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The company is hiring a senior product manager on a remote contract. The role sits between leadership, business teams and engineering, and shapes new internal solutions and tools.

The company needs someone to set direction for new solutions and turn it into product work that moves business results.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership and department heads to set the direction for new solutions and tools that support business goals.
• Turn strategic goals into product solutions, matching what the technology can do to business priorities.
• Guide a product from discovery and requirements through release, rollout into day-to-day operations, and ongoing improvement.
• Connect business stakeholders with technical teams so everyone stays aligned and informed at each stage.
• Review current processes, spot where automation would help, and put workable fixes in place.
• Work alongside business analysts, designers and engineers, and take on smaller projects or individual product stages when required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years as a product or project manager in a fast-moving digital or technology setting, with results you can measure.
• A record of analysing business processes, improving them and leading digital change.
• A analytical approach that relies on data when making decisions.
• Good judgement on whether a problem needs new development or can be solved without it.
• Experience building automations that streamline processes and remove manual work.
• Working knowledge of no-code or low-code tools for quick prototypes and testing assumptions.
• Clear communication and the ability to get stakeholders aligned.
• You work independently, stay organised, and do well remotely across several time zones.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Business analysis background is a nice to have.

Conditions

Remote contract role.
