(Senior) Product Manager Consumer Touchpoints (m/f/d)

Description

The company is the leading invoice management provider in the Nordics, and this role is for a Senior or mid-level Product Manager who owns consumer touchpoints within its Invoicing as a Service product. That product covers the full order-to-cash flow, from invoice creation and delivery through payments, reminders, debt collection and customer service.

The role is based in Oslo, Stockholm, Varberg, Helsinki or Copenhagen, with flexible working arrangements available. The position is full-time with no set end date.

You will shape how consumers interact with the company, turning customer insight and data into scalable solutions that meet consumer needs while supporting business goals and operational efficiency.

The company operates 30 hybrid workspaces and has more than 4,000 employees from almost 80 nationalities across 12 countries. It is part of the family-owned Bertelsmann group and works on flexible payments for well-known brands and on helping people pay off debt.

Responsibilities

• Set the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for your consumer touchpoints, both digital and human.
• Keep improving the user experience across every consumer-facing touchpoint.
• Find customer needs and opportunities through user research, feedback, market trends and data.
• Build reusable product capabilities that scale across your areas.
• Define and monitor product KPIs such as conversion, digital self-service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial and Compliance.
• Write product requirements and take an active part in development, working closely with the platform team.
• Make sure regulatory and compliance obligations are built into your areas.

Requirements

• Several years of product management experience in cross-functional teams.
• Solid background in product strategy, customer discovery and roadmap planning for digital products or services.
• Experience in areas such as payments, dunning and collections, customer service or consumer self-service.
• A strong analytical mindset that drives decisions based on data and outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Operations and Commercial.
• Self-motivated, able to take decisions in complex or unclear situations.
• Clear communication in English and the ability to influence people at every seniority level. Swedish and Norwegian are an advantage.

Conditions

Full-time, unlimited contract.
