(Senior) Product Manager Consumer Touchpoints (m/f/d)

Description

The company is the leading invoice management provider in the Nordics and runs a product called Invoicing as a Service, an order-to-cash solution covering invoice generation and distribution, payments, dunning, debt collection and customer service.

You will shape how consumers interact with the company, owning the strategy and roadmap for consumer touchpoints in that product, both digital and human.

This is a (Senior) Product Manager role for Consumer Touchpoints, open to all genders, full-time and with no fixed duration. You can work from Oslo, Stockholm, Varberg, Helsinki or Copenhagen, and flexible arrangements are possible.

The company is part of the family-owned Bertelsmann group and has over 4,000 people across 12 countries, with around 30 hybrid workspaces.

Responsibilities

• Set the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for your consumer touchpoint domains, covering digital and human channels.
• Keep improving the user experience at every consumer-facing touchpoint.
• Find customer needs and opportunities through user research, feedback, market trends and data.
• Build scalable, reusable product capabilities across your domains.
• Define and monitor product KPIs such as conversion, digital self-service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial and Compliance.
• Write product requirements and take part in the development process, working closely with the platform team.
• Make sure relevant regulatory and compliance requirements are built into your domains.

Requirements

• Several years of product management experience in cross-functional product organisations.
• Solid track record in product strategy, customer discovery and roadmap planning for digital products or services.
• Experience in areas such as payments, dunning and collections, customer service or consumer self-service.
• An analytical, data-led approach that puts outcomes first in product decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Operations and Commercial.
• A self-starting approach and the ability to make decisions in complex or unclear situations.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to influence teams and people at all seniority levels. Swedish and Norwegian are an advantage.
