Description

The company is hiring a Service Product Manager to develop, manage and grow its service portfolio for poultry processing equipment across its whole lifecycle. The role turns technical capability into service products and value propositions that give customers measurable returns.

You will work with Engineering, Sales and Service to shape new lifecycle products and help customers get the most from the equipment. You will combine technical and commercial insight to support the portfolio's success, but you will not own sales revenue directly.

The Poultry Service team helps customers keep their equipment performing, reliable and valuable through spare parts, service, machine upgrades and lifecycle products. Service Product Management links customer insight with product development and commercial expertise to deliver lasting value and stronger long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Learn what customers need, what they are trying to achieve and what they expect, then turn this into clear requirements for service product development.
  • Align customer needs with product development so they appear in standardised service lifecycle products.
  • Help create, standardise and launch new lifecycle products that add value across the equipment's life.
  • Work with Sales and Service Selling to identify customer needs, match them to suitable solutions and position and sell the service portfolio.
  • Bring together the right internal disciplines and customer stakeholders to deliver the agreed outcomes.
  • Contribute to governance processes and decisions on lifecycle products to keep the portfolio consistent and focused on value.
  • Make sure service products are delivered as agreed, step in when needed, and track customer usage and satisfaction.
  • Spot and reduce risks to customer satisfaction, long-term relationships and product retention.
  • Show customers how to get the greatest value from poultry processing solutions through the service portfolio.

Requirements

  • You pair technical understanding with commercial awareness and enjoy turning customer needs into practical, valuable solutions. You are proactive and analytical, work well across teams and bring people together around shared goals. You can balance customer expectations, product development and commercial targets with a clear focus on long-term value.
  • Experience in product management, service management, technical sales support, business development or a similar role.
  • Understanding of industrial machinery, spare parts, maintenance or service solutions.
  • Ability to turn customer needs and technical information into clear product requirements and customer benefits.
  • Commercial insight and the ability to spot opportunities that strengthen a product portfolio.
  • Experience with value propositions, business cases, product roadmaps, lifecycle management or go-to-market plans.
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to support product governance, structured decision-making and collaboration across functions.
  • An entrepreneurial outlook and a drive to keep improving.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of an international, cross-functional team.
  • Good command of English.
  • Advantage: experience with service products, lifecycle management, industrial machinery or the food processing industry.

Conditions

Hybrid working model based in Boxmeer.

Benefits

  • You will help shape and grow the Poultry Service portfolio, contribute to launching new lifecycle products and influence how value is created and delivered to customers.
  • You will work with experienced international colleagues across Engineering, Sales and Service, gaining wide exposure to the company's products, customers and business.
  • An informal culture that encourages ownership, collaboration and continuous learning, with the chance to make a tangible impact on customer success and business performance.
