The architect brings design guidance, sector business knowledge, deep product skill, creative problem solving and lasting know-how to customers and partners.
Responsibilities
Run pre-sales work: sales presentations, solution and scoping workshops, statements of work with clear deliverables and effort estimates, scope boundaries and change order triggers, and sizing engagements alongside services account executives and sales staff.

Work with the platform architect team to flag proactive platform risks in customer environments.
Direct delivery on major security and risk accounts: lead delivery teams, oversee their work, provide technical expertise, and keep them to delivery standards.
Design and deliver solutions with architecture built to last, following company technical standards and good practice.
Create solution designs for common use cases and publish them to solution consultants, the customer community and others.
Build productive relationships with security and risk product owners and stakeholders to spread awareness of capabilities and roadmaps.

Coach and mentor the company's delivery team and partner ecosystem.
Produce documentation and service offerings that promote the company's services.
