Senior iOS Developer (m/f/d)

Description

The company is Europe's largest e-pharmacy, and the iOS platform team builds the architectural base for its mobile apps.

You will help shape the scalable, modular foundation used by six cross-functional teams to ship features efficiently and sustainably.

Your work will have high visibility and directly influence how the iOS ecosystem grows as the company scales.

Tech stack: Swift, SwiftUI, MVVM, Swift Testing, Xcode Cloud, Swift packages, SPM, latest iOS SDK.

Responsibilities

• Keep modularizing the app and keep evolving a scalable iOS architecture.
• Define, build and refine technical standards and architecture guidelines.
• Make CI/CD faster and more reliable, improve build performance, and refine release processes.
• Build a stronger testing strategy and solid quality foundations across teams.
• Raise app stability, performance and overall technical health.
• Review and steer key architecture decisions across several teams.
• Pay down technical debt in a deliberate way while making product teams more effective through platform work.

Requirements

• You have deep Swift skills and real experience with large production apps.
• You understand modular architecture and how to structure scalable apps.
• You have worked with Clean Architecture, MVVM or a similar pattern.
• You understand modern concurrency and memory management on iOS.
• You have solid experience writing unit tests and raising test coverage.
• You have worked with CI/CD pipelines and know how release processes run.
• You work well across teams and are strong at debugging and performance tuning.
