Senior AI Solution Architect

Description

Join the pre-sales AI specialists as a Solution Architect. You will work with customers to build solutions together and help grow the company's presence in intelligent automation and generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Solve business and technical problems with the company's AI product suite, taking into account key regulations, business drivers, changing needs and security.
• Scope and deliver proof-of-concept and value engagements for prospects.
• Give demonstrations of the company's AI solutions, both standard and tailored for prospects and current customers, in person or virtually.
• Support the sales team in driving and closing AI deals, and align your opportunity work and skills with strategic and enterprise accounts.
• Work with sales and marketing leadership to create sales materials that grow the AI pipeline across the customer base.
• Run enablement sessions for field Solution Consultants and account teams on the company's AI products and use cases.
• Speak at marketing events such as user conferences, trade shows and webinars.
• Keep up with AI industry developments so the solutions you present stay current and competitive.
• Encourage new ideas and approaches to customer problems using AI, and help build a culture of innovation.
• Build knowledge and engagement within the team, with customers and across the field.

Requirements

• 10+ years in presales or consulting, engaging directly with customers in enterprise software environments.
• 3+ years of technical experience selling AI models, deep learning models and large language models, with a focus on generative AI.
• Strong presentation skills, able to explain AI concepts clearly and logically to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to see the wider picture and understand the business drivers behind AI and automation.
• Development experience on cloud-based AI platforms.
• Experience with large relational and NoSQL data stores, and with transformation techniques that prepare data for AI models.
• Certification in a major AI platform, for example Microsoft Azure OpenAI.
• Experience in value-based or solution selling.
• Strong grasp of the sales process, and the ability to advise Specialist Sales, account management and the wider sales organisation.
• Experience at a fast-growing technology company, such as in software, cloud or customer experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to support technical sales activities.
• Knowledge of NVIDIA LLMs and Microsoft Azure is valued, and so are Python skills.
• Experience with LLMOps is valued.
• Experience with the company Predictive Intelligence, Task Intelligence, AI Search and Virtual Agent is highly valued.
