Description

The company's Security Technology team needs a non-technical program manager to improve operational efficiency, bring consistency to how work gets done, and keep both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations on track.

You will turn information into clear documentation, dashboards and executive reporting, and create structure through new processes and cross-team project coordination.

Understanding how security systems groups operate inside large global enterprises matters a great deal in this role. It focuses on program coordination, process improvement, project tracking and operational excellence, with no technical work.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and track multiple projects and initiatives, including project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
  • Write and maintain documents that spell out roles, responsibilities and workflows for internal teams, outside partners and vendors so everyone stays aligned.
  • Run cross-functional meetings, record action items and hold owners accountable to keep projects on schedule.
  • Build and maintain SOPs, workflows, process documentation, operational playbooks and program standards.
  • Produce dashboards, reports and executive briefings covering project status, KPIs, SLAs and overall program performance.
  • Collect input from internal stakeholders and subject matter experts and shape it into organized, easy-to-use documentation.
  • Track project and program performance, run periodic audits, spot risks and blockers, and propose fixes.
  • Coordinate change management so updates to processes, standards and procedures are documented and communicated.
  • Coordinate program intake and service onboarding, working with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to build and roll out new processes and playbooks.
  • Keep key stakeholders engaged on progress against the technology roadmap and project plans.
  • Look for ways to improve processes, raise efficiency and standardize workflows across teams.
  • Maintain accurate project and program records and provide general operational support as needed to meet department and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years supporting Security Systems, Corporate Security, Physical Security, Facilities or Technology teams in a large, global enterprise.
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards, KPIs, executive reports, presentations, SOPs and process documentation.
  • Working knowledge of how security systems groups function in large global enterprises, including project governance, operational processes and collaboration with Corporate Security, Facilities, IT and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management, change management, process improvement or operational programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent organization and time management.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite tools and applications.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while working both independently and with others.
