Security Field Project Manager

You will work onsite in Dublin/Columbus, OH. Qualified candidates who are willing to travel for extended periods are also considered.

Responsibilities

• You lead complex security projects so they meet corporate priorities, managing schedules, costs, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• You manage security system installations, define project scope, and apply risk management, making sure deliverables match company standards and client expectations.
• You keep clear, professional communication with project staff, customers, and management, and work across teams to solve problems and improve solutions.
• You oversee project budgets, forecast financial trends, and make sure accounting standards are followed. You change strategies quickly to clear obstacles and meet financial goals.
• You inspect worksites to confirm quality standards are met, and you drive continuous improvement in processes and service delivery.
• You respond to customer concerns quickly and professionally to build satisfaction and long-term trust.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or associate's degree, or equivalent experience in project management.
• Five years of experience in security project management or new construction.
• Willingness to take on deployments lasting 6 to 18 months, mainly in the Dublin/Columbus, OH area.
• Preferred: CSPM or PMI PMP certification, or willingness to obtain one within six months.
• Preferred: CSPM (Certified Security Project Manager).
• Preferred: PMI PMP (Project Management Professional, from the Project Management Institute).

Conditions

Onsite work in Dublin/Columbus, OH, with travel for extended periods.

Hiring salary range is $95,000 to $150,000, based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data. The posted range is the target pay, and candidates whose background goes beyond it are encouraged to apply.

Eligible for a bonus based on individual, group, and corporate performance.
