It combines people management, brand strategy, pharmacy partnership work and P&L ownership, with the goal of improving patient access and building growth that lasts.
Responsibilities
Set the commercial strategy for migraine and own its results, turning brand goals into clear priorities and plans.
Lead the OOP go-to-market approach, focusing on patient access, demand, conversion and lasting growth.

Turn national strategy into simple field priorities for pharmacies and key healthcare professional contacts.
Hold regular field coaching, performance reviews and business planning sessions to deliver on plans.
Build an agile, entrepreneurial team that values accountability and its impact on customers and patients.

Track sell-in, sell-out, availability, activation and account productivity to find ways to lift OOP conversion.
Write and deliver the yearly migraine brand plan, combining field, digital, pharmacy, HCP and patient strategies where permitted.
Design a joined-up customer journey linking patients, pharmacists, GPs, neurologists and migraine specialists.
Run omnichannel delivery and keep messages and customer experience consistent across touchpoints.
Use data, CRM insights and market intelligence to refine segmentation, targeting and channel mix.
Map the migraine patient journey from symptom recognition through consultation, prescription, pharmacy and treatment start or continuation, and identify the barriers.

Turn insights from patients, pharmacies and healthcare professionals into commercial actions.
Align Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Finance, Supply, Digital and Legal/Compliance.

Make sure supply and demand planning supports OOP growth and the pharmacy strategy.
Keep all activity in line with regulations, industry codes and company compliance standards.
Model the company's ways of working.
