Description

The company is a licensed sports merchandise business that designs, makes, and sells officially licensed apparel, jerseys, headwear, and collectibles for leagues, teams, and events. It runs more than 900 e-commerce sites and sells through digital, in-venue, and retail channels in over 180 countries.

This role recruits for two audiences: retail operations, covering store and high-volume hourly hiring plus full-cycle hiring for retail leadership, and headquarters, covering corporate and professional roles. You will work with hiring managers, store and operations leaders, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to attract, assess, and hire across both areas. You will also coach Retail Leaders on hiring processes and best practices so store-level hiring becomes more consistent.

The team is scaling its global platform and is hiring recruiters across stores, retail leadership, and headquarters. The role uses data, automation, and AI-enabled insights to make recruiting faster and better.

Responsibilities

  • Build working relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, interviewers, and senior recruiters so hiring across retail and headquarters produces strong results.
  • Keep candidates and hiring teams informed so the process moves forward and people trust it.
  • Deliver a smooth, timely, and professional candidate experience across retail and headquarters searches that reflects the brand.
  • Support inclusive hiring practices that build diverse pipelines across store operations and corporate functions.
  • Work with store managers and operations leaders to forecast staffing, including seasonal and event-driven peaks, so fan-facing teams are fully staffed.
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, the ATS, and other tools, and build pipelines for recurring retail and corporate roles.
  • Improve workflows, scheduling, reporting, and communication templates to make high-volume and professional recruiting more efficient.
  • Train and coach Retail Leaders on interviewing, hiring processes, and tools to build consistent store-level hiring.
  • Take ownership of assigned requisitions and key steps from intake through offer support, balancing volume in retail with consultative depth in corporate searches.
  • Keep ATS data accurate, follow process closely, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders across the full recruiting cycle.
  • Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes, and use data to guide decisions.
  • Stay curious about new tools and ways of working, and help build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Have 2, 4 years of recruiting experience across several functions or business groups, ideally including high-volume hourly or retail hiring and corporate or professional recruiting.
  • Communicate well and build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, store and operations leaders, and HR partners in a fast-moving setting.
  • Stay organized and detail-oriented while managing many requisitions at different levels and for different audiences.
  • Have used data, systems, or technology to improve recruiting, including pipeline tracking and ATS management.
  • Be familiar with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday, and keep data accurate.
  • Be comfortable coaching hiring managers and retail leaders on recruiting processes, interview practices, and tools.
  • Be curious and proactive, ready to take on more advanced recruiting work, and able to switch between fast high-volume store hiring and relationship-led headquarters searches.
