Description

The company is a startup building an AI-native platform that helps families deliver care at home.

America faces a growing shortage of home care, and more than 50 million family caregivers currently work without adequate tools, training or recognition.

The platform combines clinical oversight with AI to train, equip and support family caregivers.

Health plans and government partners use it to verify and improve care in the home, with the aim of wider access and less reliance on costlier settings.

The company works with health plans, providers and community organizations and is backed by leading venture capital firms.

This talent role sits in a highly competitive hiring market. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will work with Engineering, Product, Analytics and Design leaders to learn what draws candidates to mission-driven work and explain the company's offer clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the Engineering, Product and Data teams while keeping the candidate experience fast, polished and open.
  • Build and run a multi-channel sourcing program that reaches top technical candidates in a competitive market.
  • Create technical assessments and evaluation frameworks that keep the hiring bar steady.
  • Advise leadership on headcount priorities, equity considerations and tactics for closing candidates.
  • Tell the company's story through high-conversion outbound outreach, technical content and community engagement.
  • Own offer strategy from start to finish, working with TA and executive leadership on critical hires.
  • Early on, secure the first priority technical hires and build a steady pool of vetted passive candidates.
  • Calibrate interview loops with EPD leadership using standard evaluation frameworks, better pass-through rates and faster interview throughput.
  • Advise on market equity and compensation, and explain the engineering roadmap through outbound storytelling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting across engineering, product and data.
  • A proven record of sourcing and closing senior technical hires at Lead, Manager and Director level in fast-paced or high-growth settings in the SF Bay Area.
  • Preferred: a focus on Applied AI roles.
  • Working knowledge of engineering concepts, tech stacks, architectures and product development cycles.
  • Experience managing 4-6+ active technical requisitions at once.
  • Clear communication, sound critical thinking, close attention to detail and skill running complex processes.
  • Metrics-driven, focused on throughput, quality and continuous improvement.
  • Strong ownership, a bias for action, low ego, and comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving work.
  • Empathy for candidates and the ability to connect their motivations to a mission.
  • Comfort using data to tell the talent story and a clear point of view on tech hiring.
  • Familiarity with Ashby, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, Google Workspace and Slack.
