Description

The company is hiring a GTM recruiter to work directly with the go-to-market leadership team and run hiring across the whole GTM organization.

The role covers Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Support, and the wider sales team, so you should have a record of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth companies, especially for sales hires.

Stakeholder management, AI-assisted sourcing, and consistent delivery of strong hires in a fast-moving startup are central to the job.

The work pairs operational precision with storytelling and needs a solid grasp of the AI market and GTM talent. You will use AI tools yourself to find strong candidates others overlook and to hire faster than the market moves.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for the Head of Sales, Enterprise AEs, senior sales leadership, and other GTM roles as needed.
  • Act as the go-to talent advisor for GTM hiring managers through weekly syncs, direct pipeline reviews, and frank input on candidates and the market.
  • Design and carry out sourcing strategies that use AI tools to find, reach out to, and attract GTM talent at scale.
  • Explain the company's mission, product, and direction well enough to win candidates over later-stage companies that have made competing offers.
  • Negotiate and close offers carefully, often against competing offers for strong candidates.
  • Review recruiting metrics and improve the process, using AI to turn data into quicker, better hiring decisions.
  • Keep up with industry trends, new AI recruiting tools, and GTM recruiting practice.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of full-cycle GTM recruiting, including significant enterprise sales hiring.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup.
  • A record of being the trusted recruiter for a sales leader on their most important hires.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for sourcing, screening, or candidate engagement.
  • Working knowledge of several applicant tracking systems. Ashby is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proactive and flexible, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.
