  • Track budgets, schedules and risks, and take corrective action when needed to keep performance and financial targets on track.
  • Contribute to proposals and contract growth strategies, and move technologies from IRAD and prototyping into production and sustainment.

Requirements

  • Experience managing program financials, including revenue, margin, forecasts, estimates at completion, staffing, funding and variance analysis.
  • Experience managing technical development, systems integration, production, sustainment or mission support programs.
  • Working knowledge of federal acquisition and contracting, including one or more contract types such as CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ or task orders.
  • Experience leading teams that include technical, operational, contractual and financial staff.
  • Ability to turn unclear or changing customer requirements into structured plans with clear ownership, milestones and measurable results.
  • Strong skills in analysis, problem solving, negotiation, written communication and briefing executives.
  • A track record of spotting declining program health, writing corrective-action plans and leading teams back to recovery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, plus program scheduling or collaboration tools. MS Project is desired.
