Project Manager

Description

The company's services unit supports internal partners across the group with end-to-end business services, so they can concentrate on patient-focused work. It has over 3,500 colleagues working from Budapest, Riga, Chennai, Hyderabad, San José, Kuala Lumpur and other sites, serving customers around the clock.

You will join the project management group in this unit and report to its chapter lead. The team is a mix of people from different locations who work together openly, make decisions as a group and support each other.

Responsibilities

• Take global projects from start to finish, using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches suited to each project.
• Lead teams spread across countries, setting clear roles, milestones and resource plans that deliver agreed business results.
• Build trust with stakeholders with different needs, keeping them aligned, communicating openly and guiding people through change.
• Keep projects on realistic timelines, manage risks and budgets, and give steering groups clear, honest progress updates.
• Contribute to the chapter as an active member by helping build training materials, service offerings and process improvements.
• Keep learning about current market practices and newer project tools, and coach colleagues across the organization.

Requirements

• You work well with others, adapt easily and get lasting results across global teams.
• You have 5+ years of project management experience leading complex initiatives, including managing budgets and using resources well across the full project lifecycle.
• You know Waterfall, Scrum and Agile frameworks well enough to apply them in practice, and you use modern collaboration tools.
• You can explain complex ideas clearly, build trust with varied partners, and work through matrixed structures with empathy and skilled negotiation.
• You hold a university degree in Business, Information Systems or Engineering, or can show an equivalent mix of education and hands-on professional experience.
• You have some interest or experience in areas such as organizational change management, business consulting or methodology coaching, and you enjoy developing others.

Conditions

The role follows a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the office.

Salary starts from 2,700 EUR gross per month. The final figure depends on your experience, skills and qualifications.
