  • Work closely with cybersecurity teams on POA&Ms, audit responses, continuous monitoring and ATO processes.
  • Support risk management, resilience planning and COOP/DR alignment for mission-critical systems.
  • Manage resources and staffing across global operations.
  • Help the Program Director keep forecasting accurate, stay compliant with EVM and deliver at a sensible cost.
  • Develop workforce skills, retention and succession plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading large, varied teams.
  • Proven delivery of large-scale network modernization, SD-WAN deployment and cloud connectivity initiatives.

  • Preferred: prior experience supporting the Department of State, especially Diplomatic Technologies or global operations.
  • Preferred: experience with OCONUS deployments, austere environments or high-risk posts.
  • Preferred: experience with integrated NOC/SOC programs.
  • Preferred: familiarity with COOP/DR for global missions.
  • Preferred: experience managing multi-contractor ecosystems.
