  • Help resolve issues and make sure projects close on time and within scope.
  • Own each outcome by keeping control of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer commitments.
  • Stay close to the work to spot obstacles early, clear delays, and keep field execution aligned with customer needs.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with project staff, customers, vendors, and management so everyone knows priorities and next steps.
  • Apply PMI-based discipline across integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement.
  • Review progress regularly, revise forecasts, and act quickly when risks or variances appear.
  • Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and internal partners with trust, respect, and a shared focus on delivery.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree, an associate degree, or equivalent work experience of at least 5 years.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the security industry or in new construction.
  • Working knowledge of fire alarm systems, installation workflows, and field-based project delivery.
  • Ability to juggle several priorities, communicate well, and resolve issues quickly in a busy setting.
